It was while discovering this island in the clouds that Capucine Richard fell in love with the property business and chose to make it her profession.
She took her first steps on skis in Avoriaz. Enthralled by the beauty and charm of the place, she came back as a seasonal worker in 2005, subsequently deciding to live in the village, gaining an in-depth understanding of the resort.
After a 5-years stint at one of the resort’s existing property agencies, she felt she had the confidence and knowledge to go it alone. The Agence des Flocons welcomed its first customer on October 16, 2016.
With over 220 sales completed, the property agency is now recognized for the quality of its service and the personalized and friendly support it provides to its customers.
Thanks to 20 years plying the pistes and roads of Avoriaz, Capucine has built up a network of contacts in a wide range of businesses, helping her to meet the requirements of her 500-odd clients.
With business booming, the agency welcomed its first full-time assistant in 2020. Adeline Alamercery is employed as the agency’s executive assistant all year round.

Capucine runs the Agence des Flocons with passion and professionalism.
Holding a Master’s Pro in Tourism Management, she was fascinated by the unusual architecture on display in Avoriaz and decided to become a property agent in 2011, after obtaining her professional property license.
She has been in charge of Les Flocons agency since 2016 and provides personal support to her customers throughout their journey, monitoring each transaction closely.
Capucine qualified as a property expert in 2019 and joined the national college of experts, the SNPI (Syndicat National des Professionnels Immobiliers). She conducts property valuations and appraisals, as well as providing in-depth, personalized advice.
She now divides her time between her professional life, her family and her hobbies in nature, such as photography, which she practices on winter and summer hikes, and travel.
Adeline ALAMERCERY
Executive assistant
Holding a degree in Applied Foreign Languages, Adeline previously worked seasonally in the Savoie region for 5 consecutive years. She first discovered Avoriaz in 2017 and immediately fell in love with its magical atmosphere.
In 2022, Adeline joined Capucine at the Agence des Flocons as its Administrative Assistant. She looks after the clients, accompanies them on visits and prepares preliminary sales agreements, following up with the client afterwards. She also takes photographs and videos of the apartments and posts them on the website.
She divides her time between her professional life and her passion for sports and nature. An enthusiastic snowboarder and golfer, Adeline has found Avoriaz to be a unique playground, both in the summer and winter months.
